"Great spot. Host was very helpful with information on what to do etc. Location was nice and right on beach. Just wish there was more to do walking distance like restaurants etc. Not much but the harbor. But still a great location. Condo had everything you needed for house and beach which was nice. Made it comfy for 9 days. The lock to get in was tricky but she assisted when needed. Overall great spot and friendly host and people. "

"Our bottom floor condo had all of the amenities we needed and more! The closets were stocked with gear for fishing, paddling, snorkeling, etc. Large outside barbeque with pool and chairs made us like we didn't miss out an anything if we just stayed at the condo. We cooked at least one meal a day at the condo which is close to a private-like park at the end of the street. This was perfect for our needs and the value was amazing. This was our most memorable stay in Hawaii and we will be back!"

"Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Where I do think that some of the decor could be updated along with the listing. This was a perfect location. We walked down to the harbor multiple times and it was maybe 10 min walk. The listing should be updated because where I worried that there was not chairs for the beach, etc. there are lots of extras that are not listed. "Great view of breakwater, harbor, turtles, and our plover! Beautiful art, lots of kitchenware, luxurious linens. Easy walk to Ma'alea village and aquarium. We left extra TP, Kleenex, and grocery bags for the next people."

"The unit is as advertised, with no exceptions, so no need to repeat that. Very nice. No problems. Host Joanne was great. This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. The sun rises directly over Haleakala crater in the morning, as viewed from the condo patio. Saw hundreds, maybe thousands of whales...

"We were rarely there except to sleep but the apartment has everything we needed. It’s walking distance to the harbor and ocean center. The beach is literally steps outside. The owner was very quickly responsive to our questions."
