We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The golf course view was stunning — peaceful in the mornings and beautiful throughout the day. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet still very walkable to shops, dining, and the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing.Inside, the condo was spotless with beautiful décor that felt both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for meals at home, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was the perfect home base for our Hawaii trip — calm, convenient, and thoughtfully put together. We would happily stay here again!

Love The Shores!!

Property was just as advertised and in n a great location in the complex, across from the pool and BBQs. With 2 master suites at opposite ends of the unit, it was perfect for two couples to share. Condo had everything we needed and quickly felt like home. Beautiful lanai and great sunsets every night.

Great Location at Waikoloa Shores

Villa 18 at the shores was our home away from home for the last month. The complex is familiar to us but it was our first time staying at villa 18. It was an excellent place to stay. The lanai was our favorite place to be. It offered a great view the golf course and a partial view of the ocean. The condo was spacious and great to entertain our family members that came to stay. A suggestion would be to add ancillary kitchen appliances such as an air fryer and/or an instant pot. They use less electricity than standard appliances. Providing a coffee maker with an automatic shut off would be better as well. Overall a great stay!

Couple days at Waikoloa

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious and well maintained condo. A lot of nice little touches to make our stay very comfortable and the management was very helpful and regularly in touch to make sure things were going well. The property is conveniently located, with a short drive to plenty of shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the shore. Very satisfied!

Perfect Location

Wonderful stay. Condo did not disappoint. While the condo price point is high in general we felt it was worth the money mainly due to the location. The furnishings are exactly like the pictures and while the condo was clean when we arrived it is due for a deep cleaning, more than a cleaning person can do in the few hours they between renters. The only thing I really had a problem with was the closets in each bedroom were filled with stuff that belonged to the owner leaving a small amount of room for our clothes. In all the years we’ve rented thru VRBO we’ve never run into this. The guest bedroom had a full size step ladder in the closet (one you would normally store outdoors) plus large empty boxes stacked up on the closet floor. The master bedroom had very large framed pictures resting on the back wall of the closet and a vacuum and assorted mops and pails taking over half of the floor space. The condo had two locked storage closets plus a very large (the largest) locked closet in the master bedroom. It was just odd especially considering the cost. In spite of that the location won the day for us however I’m not sure I would rent the same unit for the price we paid

Great location and property

I've stayed many times at this property but this is the first time I've stayed in one of the townhomes. The noise problems I experienced at other buildings in the development aren't a problem with this building. Great until. Great location. Great lanai.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The place was clean and provided a comfortable space with a beautiful view of the golf course. Additionally, markets and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. We loved it so much that we're already looking forward to returning for our next trip.

Wonderful location and property. Excellent views from living room and 2nd story corner lanai. More spacious interior than pictures convey.Well stocked with comforts of home. Quiet setting, yet easy walks to nearby fun! Enjoyed every minute!! Looking forward to another long stay at this condo.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at the Waikoloa Shores villa. The layout was perfect for two couples! The location of the unit is also perfect in that we walked across the street to use the pool, hot tub and BBQ grill. The lanai was wonderful after a fun day of golf for relaxing, dining and playing cards….great stay!

Comfortable place in a great part of the island

The unit faces the green on a golf course (as opposed to other units) which is really nice. There is a pool right across from the unit as well. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided (though we didn't find any kitchen towels - just a roll of paper towels). The unit is located about midway into a community that is open to the public, though some areas are gated off (including this condo - you get the gate code). There are a handful of stores and restaurants within this community, and the next community is only about one mile up the street which doubles your options for stores and restaurants which is really convenient (it is also open to the public). There is good beach access too and the beach is quite nice - there are parts of it where it is just sand with nice protected swimming, parts that are shaded with trees, and parts that are rocky. Overall a really nice place to stay. The weather on this part of the island is nice - rarely rains and is surprisingly dry.

Wonderful Condo

Wonderful location and great space. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Condo was nice and clean. Downside is that there were no beach supplies. What they did have was old and in bad shape. Kitchen was updated but everyday appliances like coffee machine and blender outdated. Overall a nice experience.

Fabulous condo; great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here with our adult son. It is close to the pool, spa and bbq, yet feels very private. We used the kitchen a lot. All the appliances work, but the oven LED readout no longer works. Overall, we were very happy with the place.

We really loved this Property it had a lot of space it was very nice and clean the property was amazing the views was incredible it was right on a golf course we had 360 views both bedrooms walk out open up onto the spacious Lenai shopping and dining were in walking distance very private and quiet just make sure u make reservations for transportation and excursions a week in advance due to the high volume in Hawaii we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Great location needs work.

Location is great. Missing items like a beach chairs, cooler, and plastic cups. Had to buy things that were always in rentals. Staff was sending us messages to leave at 10am. Hotel checkouts aren’t till noon. 10am is ridiculous. Washer and dryer were so small you could only do 2 towels at a time. No dresser in the main bedroom just a plastic container in the closet. For the price point felt very cheap and neglected.
