Localização excelente
Localização excelente. Hotel três estrelas que cumpriu o que prometia. Achei o quarto um pouco impessoal. Não gostei do banheiro mas a cana era excelente!

Everything was excellent except the room
I am afraid my review is somewhat complicated. I did not care for the size or design of our room. It was small and angular (low ceilings in both our room and hallways. The picture attached to this review looks nothing like our room did). In the future I will pay more attention to room size and configuration. Other than the room, everything was excellent- the dining area served good food, and people at the registration desk were very friendly,

Overall, room was OK, but very dark. Not much light in the bathroom either. No AC and only a small table fan, not very effective. Parking was provided and hotel is conveniently located in town center.

Great Stay in Vernon
A fabulous stay! The hotel is clean, comfortable and located in the center of town. Only a 15 minute walk from the train station. There is also a nice restaurant and bar at the hotel as well.

Bon hôtel mais zéro service
Cet hôtel situé au cœur de Vernon est idéal pour visiter les environs (Giverny, Château de Bizy). Il dispose même d'un parking à 8 euros la nuit. Il est très propre et confortable. En revanche, il ne faut s'attendre à aucun service (pas de kit brosses à dent indiqué, même si les chambres sont prêtes, impossible de faire le check-in avant 16h...).

The guests above us were making a lot of noise all night. The bedroom door didn't close. Spa was closed on Sunday.

Very nice and quaint hotel in this charming little town. Staff was very kind and helpful. They let us check in a little early after getting in from USA and exhausted. Best breakfast all week. Comfortable and accommodating.

Although our room was ready all day, the staff would not let us in until the official time of 4PM. We had arrived after a red eye from abroad but they wouldn't budge. Second, I reserved a handicapped room but my wheelchair wouldn't fit thru bathroom door. It was finally remedied by great staff but.....

Extremely uncomfortable stay for 3 nights, so we cancelled 4 th night. Every day room keys didn’t work and had to be changed by front desk. This was happening for all guests, sometimes more than once per day due to their broken system. Impossible to have shower without hitting your head, or get out of tub without falling. No AC on very hot nights; so windows had to stay open and mosquitoes entered. Extremely loud music on streets until midnight did not allow for sleeping. Sloping roof over bed ( and no headboard) meant you hit your head trying to get up. We told staff about key problems and although they were polite, we were not offered any compensation or discounts and were given an offer of 2 cups of coffee on our last morning. There is no tea or coffee maker in the room so your only choice is their sass looking breakfast for 13 euros per person . We were there to visit Monet’s Garden but don’t recommend it at all.
