The parking is located 100 meters from the apartment; there is one place available in the private car park, otherwise there is the possibility to use the adjacent public car park. To reach the residence it is necessary to take a cobbled pedestrian street, not recommended for people with walking problems.

The ground floor is the daytime area, consisting of a light living room with an open kitchen and dining space, overlooking a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. On the same floor is the first of the four bedrooms of the apartment with bathroom with shower. There are three other tastefully appointed guest rooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Their décor is stylish, modern and elegant and adorned with contemporary paintings. The apartment can accommodate up to seven people.
