"This is a fantastic property. It is has all the amenities you need and the tea, milk and biscuits on arrival were a treat. You are right in the heart of the Esplanade close to the beach and the local pub/resatruants. It is a short, but steep climb, into the main town. "The property was in a fantastic location, with excellent views. The pair of little grebes on the pond were a joy to watch. The property was within easy reach of the town centre, which has much to offer. The property was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable if you have the slightest back issue (style over function), but we didn't spend that much time on it. We enjoyed the balcony, and peace and quiet of the location. We will be back!"

"Loved the location, by walks and the sea. The living space and bathroom areas are fabulous and large. Everything you could need in the kitchen, the drier was a bonus after using the hot tub (lush), we could dry our towels. Would stay again definitely. Hanging in bedroom was a bit wobbly, could do with fixing. A couple more hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful. These are very minor though and did not affect our holiday at all."

"Host cancelled the booking with less than 24 hours of notice (apparently due to a double booking) when I had already travelled to the area, which left me high and dry at the last minute. I had booked nearly 2 weeks in advance so there should have been plenty of time for this to be flagged in their system. I understand that these things happen, but the lack of notice was unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience. Caveat emptor"
