The apartment is very spacious and very nicely furnished. Once the water bus drops you off from the airport, it's super easy to take another water bus (vaporetto) to the apartment unless you prefer to walk through the town. Because of the canals it's never a straight shot anywhere so be prepared to zigzag through the city...
