  • This beautiful apartment is located only 5 minutes from typical area of the Jewish Ghetto of Venice; you can easily come by walk if you arrive by train, Santa Lucia Train Station is just 15 minutes. You have a water bus stop just at 50 meters from the apartment, very convenient if you arrive from the airport or if you decide to take a tour to Murano or Burano.
    If you like walking you can reach the Rialto Bridge with a 20-minute walk and then continue your visit to San Marco Square.
    The apartment is just renovated; comes with 2 big double bedrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, hallway organized with washer and dryer. The apartment has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
    The first bedroom has 3 single beds, the second bedroom has a double bed. If you have a baby I can prepare a cradle.
    It's really confortable for 5 persons that need private space.

Good and clear communication for check-in. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very welcoming. The location was great for water taxi access and very walk able to the sites of Venice. The walk in shower was great with lots of space compared to other showers on our trip.

We couldn't be more happy with Adele and her beautiful Venice apartment. Adele was so friendly and super helpful in more ways than one for my family and we are deeply grateful. The apartment is very spacious and very nicely furnished. Once the water bus drops you off from the airport, it's super easy to take another water bus (vaporetto) to the apartment unless you prefer to walk through the town. Because of the canals it's never a straight shot anywhere so be prepared to zigzag through the city or take vaporettos. The only small issue the apartment had was some small mosquitoes but it's the season and Adele had some non toxic traps set. There's one bedroom with a queen bed and the other has 3 twins. The kitchen is helpful but tiny so we used the second bedroom as a living area to chat. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the towels and bedding. That area of Venice is very calm and peaceful but just a short walk (15 min) and 3 bridges later you'll be in the San Marco area with the Grand Canal and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quaint, comfortable place. Hosts very responsive.

We loved the quiet yet close accommodations. Their accommodations were very thoughtful and complete. It was close to the vaporetto stop which made Venice, Guidecca, Murano, Turano and more, very accessible. We would stay again!

Short & sweet

We were just in Venice for an overnight, our flight was delayed so we got in very late. Check in was easy with the lockbox, the flat was perfect for crashing and catching up on sleep.

Perfect place

The perfect place away from the busy tourist areas, yet still easy to walk to attractions, restaurants and all the stores and sights you want to see and enjoy. Close to the vaporetto stops too. Adele was a wonderful host and was very attentive and helped with anything we asked. Highly recommend this apartment.

One night in Venice

We arrived by water bus and it was a short walk to the apartment. The apartment was clean and well kept. It is located in a quiet part of Venice. We tried to be respectful of the neighbors. Our host was very helpful with any questions we had. Check in and check out was easy. We would highly recommend.

Great Place Near Jewish Ghetto

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. It was was a 13 minute walk from the train station and 25 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The washer and dryer were extremely convenient. Communication with Adele was excellent.

Venice trip

The apartment was clean and the host was friendly and accessible. I had a couple of check in issues but no fault of the host. The location is a bit far from the center or main area of the city, so for me that was a minor concern. Overall a great apartment!

It is exactly as shown. A bit of a walk to all attractions, however it is very close to water bus. I would recommend a day pass to get around on it. Clean, comfortable, and I would recommend. One note was there were small kids above and they were quit noisy early in the morning as they were getting ready for school.

Beautiful home & excellent location

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my husband and 3 kids. It is a beautifully decorated home. The owner is very responsive and helpful! Very easy check in process using a lock box at the door. The air conditioning works excellent in the home, but the weather was amazing so we really didn't need to use it. The best surprise was this place had a dryer! We've been staying in Europe for a month and this is our first dryer. The location is excellent, we loved how it was in a very quiet part of Venice, with cute homes along the water. There is a boat/traghetto that you can take closeby too. Wifi worked excellently. My kids enjoyed that it had Disney+. Thanks for a great stay!

Insgesamt in Ordnung

Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Vaporello, was sehr vorteilhaft ist. Drei negative Aspekte sollten aber nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Das Licht im Aufenthaltszimmer war defekt und so wirkte alles recht dunkel. Es fehlte an bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Stühle waren auf Dauer doch sehr hart. Die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten unserer Bekleidung waren sehr dürftig.

So much potential

Parts of this apartment were really cute -- the back bedroom, the bathroom. The kitchen was definitely way tinier than expected. As short term rental owners we always find it is better to be honest and represent the property accurately than to create an illusion that can't be matched in real life. I would redo the front bedroom and make it more of a living room with a pullout bed and maybe a daybed. It could have been a cute place to hang out a bit but there was no real comfortable place to do so. We really appreciated your super responsiveness and proactivity -- our thought is getting your property to be in alignment with your great customer service. Thanks!

Great stay in Venice

This apartment offered my family of 5 a great rest at the end of 10hr days of walking. We pack light... the space was big enough for us. The apartment was proper and clean when we arrived, and our host was friendly and very accommodating! The apartment has good AC - respite in hot summer months!. This location is off the beaten track - you're in a legit neighborhood with a park (yes, greenspace in Venice!) and the local comunity center. A grocery store is not a far walk. There is also a hub of "very nice but more modest" eateries nearby that "regular people" might eat at and hope to afford. We tried several, all were great. If you are fit and like walking, this is the place for you... right at the edge of Venice.

Our host and stay was fantastic! The communication was exceptional making our trip less stressful as we got stuck in a rail strike making our way there from Florence. The apartment was clean, and ready early for us! The location was great! Cannaregio was a great neighborhood (awesome restaurants and lively bars) and close to the S. Alvise water taxi stop. This made traveling to Murano easy and your a 10 minute walk to a Vaporetto that can get you anywhere! Super fun and highly recommend! Venice is amazing!!!!!

Love the property. Very easy to get to by water bus. Other Vrbo's only had a washing machine and this one had a washing machine and a dryer. Bonus for us since it rained when the forecast didn't say it would.

Host was responsive to concerns and the location was good - but the apartment smelled of sewer. I believe this is a problem of the property. I was also disappointed to find the dryer full of wet towles upon our arrival.
