"Not as advertised!Double wide outdated trailer. Clean, hot water and heat fine, quiet setting. Ceiling fans in bedrooms were not usable. My bathroom needed at least shampo and a hairdryer. The nice deck is a .4 mile walk. Nice views of hills but no rocky mountains! Upgrading pillows and bedding would ..."

"We loved the old house! Enough room for us and the kids, large livingroom. Great views of the starry sky. Right down the road, walking distance, from the house. The little town was beautiful old timey and great for roamin. Loved it all."

"The Utopia River Retreat was just what we needed after 3 nights camping out in Big Bend. The cabin we stayed in (Kickapoo) was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (cooking utensils, bath towels, linens).
