Our host, Kat and her husband, Butch were wonderful! Kat was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Relaxing getaway
We took a short weekend trip to Utopia. The scenery of the flowing river from our patio was breathtaking. The place was clean and Nancy was responsive. Definitely recommend! My dogs had a great time. We plan to go back.
