"We rented this property for two nights. After we found where to get entry information, 4 or 5 codes to get there. The grand finale was the door to the suite DID NOT work. This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners. "Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. "The room was nice, with two bedrooms. They offer a shuttle to take you closer to the main lift, but it stops running at 4:00 pm. You can also walk from the hotel, although there are some uphill and downhill sections, and with ice it can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Thanks!"

"My family and I spent the week of Christmas in Rainbow Suites #5 and let me say that Whistler during Christmas is magical! "We’ve been to Whistler Blackcomb many times and over the year stayed in many properties. For this last trip we were pleased with The Sundial’s location, format and service. The junior suite with private hot tub is a hit, the location just a few steps from the Whistler Gondola and the convenience to store and tune your equipment overnight are to us just the ingredients required for a good skiing trip."

"This was a great place to stay in Whistler! John was a great host and easy to communicate. The place was very clean and felt like being in our own home! It is very well stocked with kitchen equipment & other things you may need. The outdoor hot tub and pool was lovely. I would recommend to stay where when in whistler. There is a bus right outside of the building brining you to whistler easily and within 10 mins, very convenient."
