A beautiful contemporary space with wonderful attention to details in the linens, furnishings, kitchen equipment and delicious local coffee. Hot tub was wonderful - great temperature and peaceful location. Highly recommend.

Calm water Retreat was a beautiful, quiet, perfectly-maintained home base for our family as we explored the Ucluelet and Tofino area. The property was right off the main road and within walking distance to the center “hub” of Ucluelet; but the the cluster of homes was so cleverly situated facing a small bog inlet and trail that it felt like we were in the middle of the forest. The hot tub and rain shower were especially nice after a long day of hiking or paddling, and the kitchen was very well outfitted. Our host was available but very respectful of our privacy. We will definitely stay here again.

The rental “cabin” was amazing with everything clean and plentiful beyond expectations. Very quiet location. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. Jay was very accommodating and generous with his crab traps/bait. Jay was informative and considerate of our needs. The hot tub was clean and at the perfect 104. The king beds were extremely comfortable and had great pillows. Loved the nicely-sized bathrooms and spacious closets. Lots of hooks and hangers. Other rental property owners could learn a lot from Jay. Highly recommend this rental.

We had an amazing family weekend at Calm Water Retreat! The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. This is a newer property so new it would be very clean. We didn't use the kitchen area other than the fridge. We didn't realize there wasn't a/c in the home and so it was a little hot staying here. We did enjoy the private hot tub each night though! All in all it was a great stay and we'd recommend it.

The condo was exceptionally beautiful. Very clean and close to all trails and restaurants. We also loved the hot tub. We are a family of 6 , 4 adults and 2 children. There was lots of room for everyone. The extras that are are in the condo , like coffee tea , salt pepper vinegar, oil were a big help as we forgot to pack these items . Thanks again to our hosts

Felt like home

Absolutely gorgeous cabin! The cleanliness was WOW and so easy to communicate with the host. We loved every minute of our stay. 10 minutes walk to the Ucluelet Lighthouse loop and steps away (across the street) from Terrace Beach. Awesome location, super quiet, everything we would need from home was included.

Amazing Stay
