"First I had to call VRBO support to get this owner to provide check-in information. Then when we arrived at the property we discovered another family there because the unit had been double-booked. I'm still waiting for a response from the owner on a refund. The outside of the property was very unkempt - high grass and vines growing in the walls. Poorly maintained."

"Perfect for our final 2 days of a 9 day Utah trip. Great location close enough to town (Tropic) but remote enough to see the stars at night. Comfortable beds, large kitchen/dining/living room, huge washer/dryer. Super close to many hikes only a few miles away: Willis Creek a favorite. Would definitely stay again."

"This beautiful historic home had so much to offer. It was close to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin. There was a full grocery store in nearby Tropic so we could make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The views were outstanding from the porch. We were able to do some laundry and slept so well in the cozy beds."

"Host was very accommodating. House was very comfortable. Stayed 3 days. The town was small but it’s quite, has gas stations, coffee shop, cafe…If we were out here again we would stay there again!!"

"Once through the parking area the house is lovely with everything you need and can accommodate plenty of people. The proximity to the park is fabulous! The general store has most everything you would need for basics+. Recommend bringing more extravagant food and adult beverages as they are very limited. We would definitely stay here again."

He wasn’t aware of our reservation, but he quickly checked into it and confirmed our reservation and sent us the door code and instructions. We absolutely loved this rental! It was spotless, spacious, and just a beautiful living space. The 1.6 mile gravel road to get there was a little challenging but we enjoyed the ride and loved the remoteness of the property.
