"When you rent a single family luxury home you expect to be the only ones at the premises. At this house, there were people in the basement, accompanied by 3 and sometimes 4 cars in the driveway. "Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel"

"Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice.
You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive.
Overall wonderful stay."
