"What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again ."

"We stayed here for a university reunion gathering with 19 of us from 1-almost 50 and it was great value. It’s a huge property with heaps of space and nice and warm. We had loads of bedrooms to choose from and the beds were comfy. It does still have a “care home” feel to it and is a little tired looking here and there but for the price it’s excellent value. The location is great too!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The interior design was fabulous with its quirky collections of toys and Art Deco touches. The slightly ‘faded glory’ only added to the appeal for us. Our group was six adults (the two of us plus our adult children with partners) and the property appealed due to the three large double bedrooms. "Very very helpful hosts- nothing was too much trouble. It rained hard most of the week we spent at Roxedge so the pool table & cinema room were invaluable. Lovely garden with great views & a hot tub which because of the weather we were only able to use 3 times. Providing beach towells was an added bonus. A wonderful hamper was left for us with lots of goodies including some very special eggs with the yellowish yokes we had ever seen.The Easter eggs were good too."

"We had a lovely stay. The house was very spacious and had nice facilities. Although, we didn't have enough toilet roll and we did have damp on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom and the mirror light wasn't working. The location was good as it was near to the pier, harbor (where we did a boat ride), beach and nice restaurants. We also visted the fun fair. We were able to do a few activities around this location and able to explore other places too. Overall, we all had a lovely time."

"Everything about this cottage and location was amazing. It was wonderful to be able to walk directly from the cottage and be immersed in ancient history. The cottage was impeccably clean and Paul and Sue were delightful. We didn't want to leave. We absolutely would stay here again."

"Unfortunately wrong contact details given on vrbo but was able to contact owner with correct details given by a fellow holiday maker. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and clean place the view was spectacular, didn't want to shut the curtains. The owner was helpful and the bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch."

"An excellent visit to a complex that has it all - clean, comfortable accommodation, indoor and out door pools, tennis, Restraunt, bar, gym and a beach with the best views in the area! A sea view room is an absolute must, I could easily wake up to that view every day!"

"Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. "
