Not a good experience at the Mews
Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night.
We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am the next morning, also e mailled the office and never did get a reply
Tried turning on the radiators to dry our clothes as per instructions in information pamphlet but the instructions did not apply to this unit. The shower unit almost impossible to figure out how to use it.
Unit had a damn musty smell and dust on furniture and floors. Bed not very comfortable and unit very overpriced.
Would not recommend renting this unit
