"We had a lovely stay at the St Regis. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with a sense of calmness around the place. All the hotel staff were brilliant; helpful and friendly. "It takes over than one hour to get some towels because there was no towels when we arrive .. and to open the extra bed after 8 calls and several msgs .. and the reception wasn’t friendly at all .. our stay ways only for 8 hours but it wasn’t good at all"
