"Our experience at the hotel was fantastic overall. The property is impressively spacious and aesthetically stunning, yet it maintains a comfortable and uncrowded atmosphere. The main issue was the initial room we were assigned, which had an unpleasant odor, prompting us to request a room change. The rooms, particularly the upgraded one we occupied, seemed somewhat dated and lacked a certain level of style and modernity. The amenities provided in the room were disappointingly of low quality, giving off more of a 4-star hotel vibe rather than the expected luxury of a 5-star establishment. While the hotel's overall interior exuded luxury and beauty, the discrepancy in quality between the common areas and the rooms was noticeable. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the positive aspects of our experience."
