"Muy buenas vacaciones recibí muy buenas atenciones por parte de hoteles.com cómo también de ACO. pero la casa tiene varios detalles que corregir. Cómo la llave del lavaplatos está dañada también una poceta está dañada el aire acondicionado no enfría bien la puerta de malla de el patio está rota la parrillera no enciende automáticamente hay que ponerle fuego y en varias oportunidades me queme un horno eléctrico de la cocina no funciona. "We had 3 families with 7 teens total staying at this home and there was plenty of room for all. The kids enjoyed the decor, movie room and game room and the outdoor pool area with views was spectacular. The house has everything you need to cook for large parties and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Couldn't be happier with our choice."

"We enjoyed our recent stay, it was perfect for me, my husband, and our daughter. Our flight arrived late but the desk had someone available who checked us in quickly even though it was the middle of the night. Housekeeping came by every day to make our beds and give us fresh towels which was amazing! The property is pretty close to the Disney parks too. My only complaint is the cleanliness upon arrival. The cabinet doors were standing open, the floors weren’t clean, and the mirrors were dirty....

"The room was clean, the property is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and polite. My only complaint would be the amount of towels. We had 2 towels in the room. The first night we did hear everything around... the room next to us made noise and we could hear clearly everything."

"2 different families stayed at the house (sisters and cousins). The house was a good fit for us. Had all the stuff we need to sleep/shower/cook and plenty of towels. We thought the house could of been a little cleaner. Floors had crumbs and the coach looked like someone spilt food on it. We just wiped it off. The master show was not the best. We just used the other shower. Over all it was a 4. If you are looking a convenient stay this is the place."

"This villa had it all. Enough room for the family with the teens getting their own rooms upstairs. A master suite on the lower level with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom with jetted tub. The villa was immaculate and had a pool and splash pad area we used on those hot Florida days after spending long days at the theme parks. We plan to book again next time we come to Orlando!"

"Nuestra estadía fue excelente a excepción de que nunca tuvimos agua fría. El agua siempre salió caliente y para el clima en ese momento de Orlando (Caluroso) no fue muy agradable. Comentamos a la recepción pero sin embargo no fue arreglado el problema. Pero en general el hotel es excelente y muy cerca de los parques "
