"Fantastic staff. Great room with decor. Very comfortable bed. Only let down by a very dirty, previously used toilet brush. Didn't get to try their food from their main menu as my partner was being very fussy and wanted pie and mash or sausages and mash and it wasn't an option on menu, but the breakfast was delicious."

"We arrived early aprox 9AM and the place was closed. It said that was open 24 hrs a day, but we waited until 11AM and nobody showed. At 11AM was check-out time, but still there was no one to be seen. One person was cleaning the bar, and we knocked on the window but did not answer. We had to go and get a room somewhere else. I would not recommend this place. It is not a true hotel or B&B. We stopped in the afternoon telling them of our cancellation and asking for our money back, but they said...

"We decided at the last minute to break our journey on a bank-holiday weekend, from West Midlands to the East End of London and booked 'The Old School House Rooms' on chance and we were so pleased that we found them. A really great outing for the senses: comfortable, beautiful presented old school house with an antique shop in the playground, good parking, superb village location, convenient for the whole of west Norfolk and close enough to major routes for the rest of the county / region. Bridget and Andrew are excellent hosts, the breakfast was wonderful, wi-fi strong, and decoration throughout is marvellous. Very good value stay - top quality shower!! "The property was tastefully furnished which reflected its historical past. There was a spacious sitting room for use by guests and a kitchen equipped for the heating and simple cooking of meals.
