Designed for comfort and connection, this residence accommodates up to 10 guests across its four beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Step through the front gate on South Oak Street and into the bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances, Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, and a breakfast bar for two. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, and the inviting living space features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plush seating — perfect for gathering after a day outdoors.

There is a private patio complete with a firepit, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a hot tub surrounded by mountain views.

Bedroom & Bath Details

Primary Suite (Mid-Level) – King bed, walk-in closet, chaise lounge, workspace, and spa-like ensuite bath with double sinks, freestanding soaking tub, and steam shower.

Upstairs Guest Suite – King bed (new December 2024), vaulted ceilings, mountain views, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with large glass shower.

Downstairs Guest Bedroom #1 – Split king bed (can be arranged as two twins), flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom with shower.

Downstairs Family Suite – King bed plus two suspended twin beds, ideal for additional guests, along with flat-screen TV and ensuite bath.

The Residence on South Oak is just one block from the free gondola, offering effortless access to the ski slopes and mountain trails. Guests can walk to Telluride’s best restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment venues, or simply take in the mountain views from the comfort of the patio.

This non-smoking and pet-free home welcomes guests age 25 and older.

A more comprehensive rental agreement will be sent to you to sign prior to arrival. By booking this home you agree to comply with the agreement as well as applicable house rules.

Rental Period & Check-In. The home will be ready for Guest’s occupancy beginning at 4pm on the Arrival Date and the Property must be vacated by 11am on the Departure Date, unless otherwise agreed by Vacation Rental Agency.

Keys & Access Codes. Vacation Rental Agency will provide Guest with a unique access code, which will unlock the front door to the home.

Rental Rules & Restrictions.
The home has a private hot tub available for Guest use. It is the responsibility of the Guest to properly care for the hot tub during the stay including making sure the hot tub cover is securely closed when not in use and make sure all members of the rental party follow common safety and health advisory rules surrounding the use of hot tubs.

This home is located in downtown Telluride, among both other residences and businesses. Guests can therefore except some noise close by such as traffic, restaurants as well as people walking by. As a courtesy to other neighbors, we ask guests to respect quiet hours of 9pm-6am.

Please note that Telluride is in an ever-changing area, and we cannot always control or anticipate nearby construction. Therefore, no refunds or compensation will be offered for any nearby construction or other noise.

Telluride is in a mountain resort town. As such, internet service can sometimes be spotty. Parking can be hard to find at times, especially during peak times, even with a parking permit. Although this home offers free wifi internet and free street parking via a parking permit, neither of these can be guaranteed for your stay. If it is the responsibility of the Rental Party to read and follow any posted parking rules and the Vacation Rental Agency will not be held responsible for any parking tickets or fines. No refunds or compensation will be offered for lack or loss of parking or internet service.

Cancellation.

Vacation Rental Agency enforces the payment and cancellation policy of the Property, matching that of your original reservation.

No refunds will be made for shortened stays, no matter the reason.

We strongly encourage all Guests to acquire travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.

Cleaning. A cleaning fee has been included in the total charges to the Guest. Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rate. Throughout the rental period, Guest will be responsible for keeping the home clean and in good condition.

This home has a max occupancy of 10 guests, including children.
The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old.
This home is non-smoking in all areas and no pets are allowed.
Guest will be responsible for an extra cleaning fee of $250 for any violation of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability. Vacation Rental Agency, Property Manager Or Owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, death or illness that may occur to any member of the Rental Party while in the Property or on the Property. Vacation Rental Agency, Property Manager Or Owner are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. In no event will Vacation Rental Agency, Property Manager Or Owner be liable for any damages, including Property damages, in connection with this agreement, even if Vacation Rental Agency, Property Manager Or Owner shall have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification. Guest acknowledges that the use of the Property by the Rental Party is entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless Vacation Rental Agency, Property Manager And Owner from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever and any and all loss of or damage to personal property, including injury or death, as well as Property damage and/or destruction, arising from or resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any member of Rental Party to observe the rules and restrictions set forth.

Violation of Agreement. If Guest or any member of the Rental Party violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to maximum occupancy, visitors and rental rules and restrictions, Vacation Rental Agency may evict Guest and the Rental Party from the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid.

Sale of property or destruction of property. If an event happens outside of the control of the Vacation Rental Agency, such as a sale of the property or destruction of property where it is deemed not safe to occupy, Rental Party and all its affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vacation Rental Agency, Property Manager And Owner. Vacation Rental Agency will in turn of such event make any effort to find a suitable and comparable replacement for Rental Party, or if not possible, provide a full refund of any monies paid to Vacation Rental Agency for the stay.
