"We stayed here for 5 days while in town doing the Alpine Loop. The owner was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. He even put HEPA filters in the bedrooms for better air quality while the wildfires were going on. Some of the cooking utensils, pots, and pans were a bit aged, but overall the house was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the view! This house is highly recommended if you have a large group, need plenty of parking, and room to spread out comfortably!"

"This is the perfect location for a family adventure in Ouray. Right across from hot springs. Towels ready and available to walk across for swimming. With this place’s 4 levels the preschool kids have a blast with hide and seek. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Balcony is right off dining rm. so great views of Ouray Mtns to enjoy. Plenty of room to spread out and very clean two and a half bathrooms. Convenient to walk up Main Street but it is uphill. "

"This house was a great fit for our family. The kids loved the openness and the outdoor space. The only thing missing that I never located was a cutting board. The proximity to Purgatory ski resort was superior!"
