"Perfect little cottage on a refreshing creek only a few steps from the town of Georgetown. This was centrally located for us to many hikes and attractions. Mary was quick to respond and was very helpful."

"Had a big group and the house was perfect. Loved the number of beds and bathrooms. House is walkable to town, which was a huge plus to give people autonomy in our group."

"The doors didn't operate correctly creating a possible hazard. The second door actually locked us in! And the front door wouldn't stay shut without locking it. Some of the bedding didn't seem clean. Some supplies were overly minimized; the toilet paper and paper towels ran out as well as the trash bags. The grill was filthy with non-food related stuff and there was no way to clean it ourselves. Overall, pretty disappointing other than the view from the back porch."

"Grace’s place was wonderful!!! This place is spotless, the beds are more than comfortable, the linens were marvelous and plentiful, the views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. It was the perfect home base for a family visit for a one year old granddaughter’s first birthday. Will definitely keep it in mind for the next time we are all in town."
