"Very convenient to shops, restaurants, night life. We are a family of 6 adults, one child and we loved the convenience. We also love to cook in at home and the kitchen could've used a few more items to help with that. We communicated this to the owner and he may do some updates around that in the future. Plenty of room for us and the beds were comfortable. Nice little back yard and front yard. The price was right!"

"The home is in a good location but unfortunately not well maintained, the air conditioning went from barely working to completely broken during our stay, with temperatures in the house in the 80s all night long. The hot tub had also not been cleaned prior to our stay. 40% of our total costs for the stay were landlord and vrbo fees, The property manager even tried to add on an additional unlisted fee which I had to argue to the point vrbo customer service had to tell them no.
