"House was beautiful, clean and ultra modern! Great locations. No complaints there. However our check out process all most got bad because I didn’t realize check out was at 10am, and my driver was due to arrive at 11am. I’ve never stayed at any AIRBB OR HOTEL, and had a 10am check out. The person I was speaking to over the app was not trying to hear it, they told us to take an uber or Lyft to another location and wait for our ride.
