"We had booked this months ago, not last minute, got put on a low floor facing a parking lot with service trucks showing up at 7 am every morning including Sunday! I could understand this accommodation for a late reservation but this was awful! And there was a portable a/c unit in living room but not the bedroom. There are so many options in Telluride, won’t be back to this place."

"Good automated communication with AvantStay. Some odd lighting and switches including primary dining table light that didn’t work. I’m sure if we had let them know someone would had looked at it, but not worth it for short stay. Small bathroom was compensated for by tons of towels which felt luxurious. Comfortable, big bed. "The apartment was nice enough, but we were somewhat turned off by the lack of maintenance and housekeeping. The king bed was made up with a full size fitted bottom sheet which obviously didn't fit the mattress. We found a spare flat sheet that we used to replace the non-fitting sheet. The hosts never offered to fix it for us. There were also a number of maintenance items that really need to be addressed: Oven clock just blinked 24/7 with no numbers and had no knob (missing) to set the clock....

"The three-bedroom residence is incredibly spacious… far beyond what you typically expect. It truly has everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, and each bedroom is fully outfitted with great attention to detail, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. A special highlight is the ski valet service, which is simply impeccable. You can leave your skis right on the snow and walk about 30 meters to store your boots, where they are carefully dried and taken care of… an amazing level of convenience. I would absolutely come back without hesitation!"

"El hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones limpias y casi nuevas. Está pegado a la góndola de Telluride. Lo malo es que te cobran parking 20 dólares el día pero por la noche se puede estacionar en la calle, sin pagar. El desayuno es completo pero me hubiera gustado que también incluyan huevos, bacon o queso por ejemplo. Los recepcionistas bien pero no muy amigables. "
