The condo is a 2 minute walk to the slopes (even in ski boots) which was so easy and fabulous! It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items and had two puzzles to work on while we were making dinner. The beds were comfy, and the condo had a cozy, lovely atmosphere. Thank you!

From the moment you walk in, this property feels welcoming and warm. The fully stocked kitchen - spices, utensils, condiments, and more - made the initial grocery trip easier and cheaper! Walk to the ski shop and lift just across the street! Walk into town for great food. Walk to the grocery store without even having to go out in the cold! No car needed for sure. Kids were happy with the sleeping arrangements. Heated floors, fireplace, excellent heating. Beautiful views of the mountains. Can’t say enough that this is an amazing property. Would stay here again - goes without saying.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Great location to walk to the lift 7 in the AM and into town in the evening. Terri was very responsive on all inquires. Look forward to returning to Telluride again and staying here in the future.

Really good location, short walk over to Lift 7 and off to skiing. Max we had to walk for anything was half mile. Market was literally in our backyard. Condo was comfy, for a good sized group, plenty of beds & space.

There were 4 adults & 2 teenagers in this group for a 9 night holiday ski trip. We were every pleased at how well the pantry is stocked. DO NOT go shopping for spices and condiments until you check to see what they have on hand. Most condos don't have any spices, condiments just a hotel setup. But we were able to add to the existing inventory by leaving what we didn't use. This one was so refreshingly different. Exactly what I expect when booking a short term rental over a hotel.It is very nice to have a washer / dryer on hand to do laundry. Be mindful that drying clothes does take longer at altitude.Bedrooms were adequate, yet dark. One of the teenagers slept in the little cubby on the first floor because, well teenagers don't like sharing rooms. Plenty of hot water for showers each day.We had to stage getting reading on the 1st floor with ski boots, helmets, goggles, coats etc.I have a preference to hanging my clothes instead of placing all of them in drawers. The hanging space is limited and there aren't many hangers. This is a on going thing for me. I have yet to rent a STR with amble hanging space and/or hangers. I do bring my own hangers, but a closet would be nice. The Goose stops right across from the parking lot and is super easy to use. We tended to walk into town as it is a nice easy stroll.Fireplace in the living room adds so much atmosphere and heats up the area very well.Host is great. I recommend trying this unit.

Just the perfect two week stay in our favorite place. This condo was clean, quiet, and cozy. Great set up with the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen upstairs. We needed some assistance a few times during our stay and the owners went above and beyond to help and accommodate. Great location, just a short walk to town and right off the river trail. Absolutely recommend and would stay here again!!

This was hands down the best vacation rental property I have ever stayed at. The location to lift seven and the town of Telluride is so convenient. Having the grocery store located behind the condo was also amazing. This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen for a rental. Our family will definitely rent this unit again!

We stayed 5 nights and the house was well appointed, perfect location and just the right size for out group of 5 adults. Steps from the ski lift and the grocery store. The house had all the necessities and was very comfortable. We would not change a thing.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was a very short walk to get on lift 7 each morning, and it was easy to get back home each afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms for 6 people. Beds were very comfortable. Very convenient for walks to dinner too. We had initially planned to stay in Mountain Village, and we were so glad to be in town instead. The host was very responsive to our questions.

Great family space. 5 adults. Location was perfect. Short walk to chair 7 that gets you up the ski mountain. 10 minute walk to town. Close to grocery store. Owners very communicative. Before / during visit. Clean when we got there. Quiet. Lots of good cooking utensils / pots / pans etc. very short walk to sauna and steam. Which we used almost every day. We would def stay in this condo again.

We go to Telluride every summer but had never stayed in this unit. It was lovely. And the owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Plus, you can't beat the location. Would definitely recommend!

Cannot beat this location and the house is lovely. The owners are very responsive and kind. They take great pride in their beautiful home. However, We struggled with the master bedroom shower from beginning to end. There was NO hot water for the first two days. Once the property manager adjusted the boiler temp up to a normal hot temp, it was better but never stayed hot in the master shower. Hopefully the owners can take a look a this issue so this house can be perfect!

We rented this beautiful home during my daughter's Spring Break for a much anticipated Telluride ski vacation. We had a very luxurious stay in this beautiful, well-cared-for home which was stocked better than any rental I've stayed at, and everything worked! Located steps away from the community hot tub and steam room (which we desperately needed after hitting the slopes), and it was a short walk to the lift - not having to catch a shuttle was a dream for us. After skiing, we relaxed and unwound in front of the fireplace with a few drinks and snacks. The kitchen was spacious & well-equipped for the meals we made. Did I mention the grocery store was also a quick walk through the complex? Between the 3 levels, we had plenty of room and privacy when any of us wanted to break away for a quick nap. The steam shower in the master was a pleasant surprise. We had enough room to store our skis and gear so we weren't tripping over them. The Galloping Goose shuttle stopped just outside of the parking lot and was so easy to catch when we jaunted downtown for dinner and shopping. If we could rate the hosts they would get 5 Stars! Super nice, easy to get a hold of, and very responsive. We're planning another trip to Telluride in the summer and will rent this place again. Super grateful - Brad, Lynne, Morgan & JT

Our stay was wonderful! The home is located downtown Telluride and it’s just a short walk to a lift and the community hot tub. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen and the living room was spacious enough for five adults. The hosts were very responsive during check in and even checked back in during our stay.

David and Terry are incredibly responsive and communicative to the check in process, any small problems and questions that you may have. You can tell that they actually know their property well and are invested in the community. Plus, they were generous enough to provide kitchen staples and tools that actually work. We may be in the minority of guests that actually use and appreciate a well stocked kitchen but if this is important to your stay then this is the place for you.

We’ve skied in different places for 40 years, but this was the homiest, most well stocked, best laid out home we’ve stayed in. The lift was just across the street and the grocery store was a very short walk through the hallway of the lodge! The bus was great also! We all had a fantastic time.
