Great location but had a number of inconveniences
The location is ideal right near Gondola and in heart of downtown. The interior was updated and good enough for our family of 4.We had a variety of issues I would call inconveniences and stemmed from Vacasa not having their management worked out.To start, the check-in process was incorrect as it told us to go to Camel Gardens to get a parking pass and Camel Gardens was annoyed and were adamant they have nothing to do with our unit.We were then told a parking pass would be in our room and it wasn't. We called and said one would be brought to us and it wasn't. Luckily, no issues with our car in lot without pass.We were given a code to a ski locker that didn't work so we had to ferry our skis from our car which wasn't a big deal but not ideal. We let manager know and he gave us another locker and code that also didn't work.We then had issues with Internet working which disrupted our plans to watch the new years celebrations. The Vacasa manager had no solution to internet and just said someone else managed it.Net is it was a lot of little things that made the stay less than what it could have been and should have been given the price.But, location is great and unit is nice.
