The bed linens were soiled and covered in hair upon our arrival. Check-in instructions were minimal, building access and numbering was not well-lit. There is an inconvenient walk from the parking garage in another building, up multiple flights of stairs to this unit. The heating system is the loudest we have ever experienced - very loud heater itself and the vents are dirty and not properly aligned leading to loud mechanical noises whenever the heater is on. The weather sealing on the deck access door is degraded creating an enormous cold draft in the main living area in the winter, meaning the very loud heater is on almost constantly. So loud you have to raise your voice to speak to each other. The toilet paper provided is singly-ply, industrial. The kitchen appliances are higher end and the steam shower does work. This is an extremely disappointing property in a wonderful location. If you are going to spend money to stay in Mountain Village, we recommend you spend it elsewhere. We will not book this property or with iTrip as a host ever again.
