The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs...

"The condo was steps from lift 7 and minutes from the gondola and downtown Telluride. Perfect location. The building itself was dated but don’t let it fool you, the condo was very beautiful and modern. Comfy bed, cute decor and good size for one to three people. Wish it had hot tub access but other than that not one complaint. Had a clogged sink but the owner addressed immediately. No inconvenience. "
