One draw back is the place is above the complex garage and can hear the door open and close, only heard it once in the early morning. "

"The property location was ideal. We could walk to restaurants and enjoyed the river trail right near the property. We had a short drive to beautiful hiking trails. Although it does sleep five-six, there was not complete privacy between sleeping areas. It is on the small side, but worked for our family since we were on the go most of the time."
