And, the location right next to the Coonskin Chairlift makes accessing the slopes a breeze. Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the hot tub and pool. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.
