Convenient, Clean, and Quiet!

Ore Station 2 was a great in town location to stay for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and as it’s so close to the gondola it would also be a great location for ski season! It truly is convenient, quiet, and was very clean. One minor suggestion would be to add at least one more chair in the living room, possibly in the corner between the balcony door and tv wall to improve seating that is available in the living room. Lastly, though the unit was not smoked in, it would be nice if smoking was prohibited outside on the balcony because when people smoked in the adjacent unit on the balcony smoke wafted in the door of this unit if open. Minor inconvenience. All in all we had a great stay and the unit served our needs quite well. Thank you.

Great location and has all you need!

The location is great. Just steps from the gondola and a short walk to markets, many restaurants and the Main Street with shops. It was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space for everyone and everyone was happy. The hot tub is right outside the door and was clean.

Great Location

We had a great stay in Telluride and enjoyed being close to downtown stores and restaurants. The only knock on the place was lack of a private balcony or other outdoor area.

Great Home and Location

This place was great for our family of 4. A short walk to the gondola and close to everything in town. The home was clean and cozy. Highly recommend this property to potential future guests.

Great location, problematic management

My wife and our 3 and 5 year old stayed at this property over MLK weekend. The Friday we arrived an untethered dresser fell on my 5 year old, fortunately he was not badly hurt but the property company initially responded and then did nothing over the weekend to address the safety issue. The property is an amazing location and otherwise worked well for us.

Excellent accommodations

Property was clean, beds we’re comfortable, all appliances and things you would need for your stay. Location next to the gondola was amazing. Covered parking was a plus Telluride can be challenging to find parking. Check in process was easy. Communication was great.

Perfect location and more…

We showed up with our skis and enjoyed everything Telluride has to offer. So close to the gondola, the town, restaurants, and the market! Very clean, and all household and kitchen supplies taken care of. Great stay!

Location, Location Location!

Our family of 4, two adults and two teens, stayed here at the end of our winter break (Beginning of Jan 2022) for 5 nights with 4 days of skiing. The location to the free gondola up to Mountain Village (12 min ride) was practically outside our front door. Walk down the stairs, around Hotel Columbia and you are there. I did not realize how close it was. It is also just two short blocks to W Colorado Ave where most of the shops and restaurants are located. The condo is big enough for a family of four and is totally clean and up to date. Showers (push button on handle to move it to the hot water side) and beds were wonderful. The fireplace in the kitchen puts out a lot of heat which was nice when we got home. There are many additional items in the condo to make your stay feel more like home - games, 3 humidifiers, soap, detergent, dressers, and lots extra pillows and blankets. The only issues we had was the washer / dryer unit is a combo and did not dry our clothes all the way after multiple attempts. We had to get out the hair dryers to dry our ski gators since we didn't have duplicates of those to ski that day. And two of the three lights above the stove did not work which made the kitchen dark. Overall, I would stay here for another ski trip in a heartbeat. You can't beat the location! Restaurants we loved - 221 South Oak (directly behind the condo), Allred's (half way up gondola), Baked in Telluride (walked there every morning for breakfast), Smugglers, Red Dog Pizza, and Little House for lunch. Great drinks at Strong House Brew Pub and New Sheridan. Next time will try Cosmopolitan (great reviews and 10 steps from the condo) and There.

Telluride fall

Great condo in a great location. Property worked with us after our flight got canceled due to all of the airline issues going on these days. Condo is exactly as advertised. Great location. Right near the gondola, Main Street, and all the shops and restaurants.

Great spot in a stellar location

This condo is in the center of town but far enough off the main drag to be quiet. The furnishings are serviceable and the condo, clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

My only “complaint”: I wish there were more comfortable seating options in the living room. Only a leather couch that seated 3. Because we stayed at home after skiing we would have liked a little more lounging furniture to hang with each other (family of 4). Loved good WiFi and a good desk and desk chair (our reason for choosing the property in addition to location)

Buddy Ski Trip in Telluride

Met a buddy in T-Ride for a couple great ski days. This place was perfect, location is fantastic, easy to find, parking, clean, everything we needed. Management and check-in fantastic, all the info we needed.

Family Outing

This was a perfect location for our family on a first time visit to Telluride. We would wake up in the morning and have breakfast on the deck, and watch the gondola’s go up the mountain. Washer and dryer helps with kids.

Great area to stay and a very peaceful place.

Enjoyed our stay in Old Telluride. Apartment is close to gondola which will transport you to the village. It also has covered parking which is very helpful. It is also in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Peaceful and clean.
