Exceeded Expectations!

The home was gorgeous and extremely well appointed. The location was walking distance to the market gondola and we barely needed our car at all. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the bedrooms cool from the summer heat, and the view was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic

Perfect location with a short walk to the gondola and grocery. The kitchen was well-equpped to handle a large gathering. It is comfortably furnished. Husband says it has the best pancake pan ever!

Home would be lovely if variety of issues fixed

Unfortunately this property doesn’t stand up to its price or promise. We reached out to the property manager about several issues and while they resolved 1 of them (changing the dirty sheets in the master bed) they ignored the other issues that showed themselves without even an apology. Throughout our stay we experienced a non working refrigerator that caused us to lose about $400 of quality meat, steaks, etc. Found used contacts in one of the beds downstairs and one of the bathrooms didn’t appear to be clean. For the price, these are things that should not happen during a stay. I’m sure there are many other homes that would fit our needs and he next time we come to Telluride. The worst part is that for a large property management team to ignore our issues - such bad business.

Mountain Village Family Getaway

We had a fabulous stay with extended family. The entire house was so usable, and the views were outstanding! The proximity to the fishing lake and gondola were both wonderful. This home has everything you need. Overall we were thrilled with our stay and would happily return.

Lovely home

Property was as described. The furnishings were very comfortable. There were many small touches that made the stay easier, such as flip flops to get to the hot tub, well stocked kitchen and robes in the closets. Our friends already booked the house for next year.

Not a musician, but great stay at Mountain Melody.

Our group had a great experience at the Mountain Melody home. Would definitely stay there again. Love the open layout of the kitchen and living room. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Exceptional Stays property management was great to work with.

Awesome place

The place has a lot of space and oxygen bar and hot tub are all really nice. Kitchen is big and is very well stocked. The ski-in/ski-out was awesome. Do know that the room over garage is a twin and a trundle twin so sleeps two but not together.

Beautiful mountain village home

The property is as it is listed. A lovely home to enjoy vacation with your family. The property managers were very responsive when we got to the property. The kitchen is more equipped with items like a waffle iron, a kitchen aid mixer than indicated by the property manager company when i texted them. I brought these items with me which i didn’t need to. The bath towels were small and could have been thicker. The heating system is crazy for a three level home. The bottom floor is freezing. There should be at least two thermostats in this home and not only one near the kitchen. The master mattress has a big lump in the middle. I told the property manager my complaints and he said they just bought the mattress. He was very nice and seemed concerned. Hopefully they will address these items, because the property is beautiful and is a wonderful place to rent for your family vacation.

Bluegrass Festival

We came in for the Bluegrass Festival and had a great time. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The view from the deck was amazing. The proximity to the market and Gondola was very convenient. The concierge service and dial a ride service was outstanding. I hope we can come back sometime.

Great House...Broken Hot Tub

My friends and I stayed here for a ski trip. The house was great as advertised but, when we showed up, the hot tub wasn't working. It turned out the pump was broken. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not able to be fixed while we were there because the part the concierge ordered never came in. They did refund us a negotiated amount of money for our trouble but, I have to admit, it did affect our trip a little bit. This is a great house and my friends and I did enjoy staying there. I just hope the hot tub works for the next group.

great house. good location

a ski trip among friends at telluride was pretty great. House was big enough for us all to spread out. ski in/out was great also. guitars were all perfectly tuned. my only request: include some guitar picks and capos 🙂

Nice house in a good location, just off the Bridges run. Lots of guitars and some amps. Great for a musical family. Spectacular large wood dining table. Overall a great place to stay at Telluride.

Very lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was beautiful and clean. Ski in/ski out access was just across the street and made for the perfect place for our kids to play in the snow once the slopes closed for the day. We had so much fun! The Exceptional Stays team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our visit. I would highly recommend it for your next trip.
