Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The condo was modern, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing with a beautiful view of the valley. We were able to take the river walk everywhere, which was so relaxing and pretty. We will definitely be staying here again if we return to Telluride!

Wonderful location and condo!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this Telluride condo. The location was fantastic, as we were able to park our car in the garage and walk to most everything in town. We hope to return and would recommend to anyone visiting town.

Fabulous location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very large and the kitchen is better equipped than almost any condo we’ve rented before. Everything was just perfect and management was very responsive. Bathrooms are lovely. Lots of storage everywhere. We loved the location at the base of lift 7. Would easily pick this location again. Loved all the dogs that play on the snow each afternoon just outside the building. ♥️ Thanks for everything.

Great location!

Clean and comfortable, and super convenient to lift 7 (literally right out your window). Short walk or Galloping Goose (free town shuttle) to the Gondola and the many Telluride restaurants. Great place.

Relaxing Stay

This is such a cute condo! The views are phenomenal and our family was very comfortable. Everything is within walking distance however it’s just far enough so you don’t hear any of the late night celebrations. Lift seven is literally right off the patio however we didn’t realize that it takes you to a lot of black diamonds so with the kids we didn’t get on it. But the gondola is really easy to access from the galloping goose and instead of having true ski in ski out we did get some awesome entertainment of watching the brave souls go down that double black diamond! Can’t wait to visit again in the summer! Thank you to the owners and property management team everything was wonderful.

Excellent location and views!

This property is in a perfect location to ski in/ski out and sled on the hill right behind the unit. We were able to stay inside and watch the kids sled on the hill. A short walk to the grocery store when needed and 10 min or so to walk into town or the gondola. The unit itself was nicer than even the pictures convey and well equipped.

Great location, needs a facelift

The condo is incredibly quiet and the location provides arguably the best view in Telluride. The layout was good for our family of four and we enjoyed the pool to ourselves two days in a row. The condo is in serious need of a rehab though. The wood floors are literally rotting and splitting apart, leaving slivers on our toddlers’ feet. The master bedroom closet door was falling off the tracks and trim boards are missing from door frames. Caulk in the master shower was moldy. On our last night, a window in the second bedroom broke. Unable to close it, we had to tape cardboard up to try and insulate the room from getting too cold. I’m sure you could do worse in town but for the price we paid, I didn’t expect to be the handyman or have to pull splinters from my son.

Location and View!

Perfect location at base of Chair 7. Walk to it all. Drop dead gorgeous view of Mountains from living room. While it was mostly awesome for our needs, there are a few items for improvement. The kitchen was definitely in need of more supplies to cook for a family - missing a real cutting board and a few other items. Jetted tub takes too much water to use as it drains the hot water heater. Water into tub was a very rusty color and the drain plug doesn’t seal so it leaks out. The outdoor hot tub was not functional for 2 days and the third day it was only 95F so not useable at all for my group of 3; especially after skiing.

Fantastic view and location

We loved this condo for the views, location and amenities. Loved the puracy non-toxic products available in the kitchen and bathrooms. The steam shower and fireplace were fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed. The condo had everything we needed down to the details for a wonderful ski vacation. And the view from the picture window were priceless. Communication with host was great from start to finish.

Cozy Condo, great location for skiing

Pictures do not do justice to the view. With the shades open, you have beautiful views of the mountains in the distance and the Coonskin ski run leading to the base of the condo. Very cozy - fireplace throws off nice heat, kitchen has Viking stove/oven, showers are nice with steam showers in master bath. Internet was fast. Definitely recommend this condo.

Great Unit
