Early season getaway

Property was a perfect location for us. Short walk to downtown and very short walk to the grocery store. With a little more snow we could have skied in and out! Great stay!

Perfect spot in a perfect town

There really aren’t any bad locations in Telluride only different versions of great. This unit is located walking distance to just about anywhere and steps from a couple of good restaurants and the Gondola. This unit was super comfortable and very well stocked. We will definitely stay there again.

Great condo & location!

This is a great property for our skiing family. Right next to lift 7 for a ski in/ski out experience. Unit was clean and well stocked. Convenient location to grocery store and free shuttle service. Staff were very responsive. We had a great trip!

Good location

This property has a good location, and I don't really have any complains. I gave only four stars overall because the hot tub was out of order first few days. Also we feel that it was a little too pricey, comparing with other properties we stayed before in Colorado.

Cozy with a ViewEtta Place Too, 103, provides the guest, through one its large windows, a wonderful view of Telluride's iconic box canyon mountains, and through another large window, a surprisingly close view of the descending "Stumper" trail. Within the box canyon view, and I'd guess about 100 yards from the building, is the chair 7 lift.Within the rather narrow Telluride canyon, space is a premium, and this condo is not an exception. It is though, Cozy. Beyond the condo, the shops and restaurants of old town are within reasonable walking distance. Though, following a day filled with activity, if an evening walk is unappealing, the town's "Galloping Goose" complimentary town loop bus, stops directly in front of the building (just stand on the sidewalk, they stop).Our stay, unfortunately, coincided with the Ski Patrol strike. On a day that we would have been skiing, we discovered the charming nearby town of Ouray and the spectacular, though gripping, drive between Ouray and Silverton known as the, "Million Dollar Highway".Hoping to return during some future winter to Telluride and would certainly lodge here.

Great place, steps from the slopes.

Location is great. You can ski right to the door of the building and the unit is on the ground floor. Getting to lift #7 is incredibly easy - just a few hundred feet along a flat area with snow (so you can ski across). There is a communal pool (closed in the winter), and hot tub (enjoyable but cleanliness was questionable). Only complaint is that the wifi cut in and out.

Good location in town

We rented this property for Telluride’s Blues and Brews festival. The location was perfect for walking to the festival and around the town. The town loop shuttle bus is easy to catch outside of the condo, and it makes multiple stops around the town. The condo is located at the opposite end of the town from the park so you don’t hear any of the festival noise. The property management replied quickly to any questions we had. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Review

The property was nice. The furnishings were nice. The hallways smelled dusky?? The pool was milky and cold- not clean. The hot tub was out of order. We were given later check out because of the pool then locked out of our room for an hour- no discount offered back to us.

Great location Has pro's and Con's

We enjoyed our stay. The location can not be beat. AvantStay is great to work with. Very responsive and so nice. Pro's: The location by lift 7 is great. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The unit was supplied with all the paper products and even olive oil and spices in the kitchen. That is much appreciated. The kitchen had very nice cook wear and was well stocked for cooking. Con's: The oven did not cook very well. Would not go past 365 degrees when cooking. The furniture is a bit worn out especially the cushions on the couch. Other issues I already mentioned to maintenance. The description for the unit needs to specify that parking is for one car only and any other cars are parked in self pay lots which is very expensive. Even with the con's, I would saty there again. Thank you

The apartment was well kept but the noise from neighbors was exceedingly loud despite multiple complaints by us. I informed the rental agency but I was told there was nothing they could do other than inform the property manager. After that, the noise just got worse. It was like staying inside of a kettle drum for hours at a time, from early morning to late at night. The hot tub was also broken the entire 9 days we were there, and we were informed by a paper sign at the back door of the building. I have stayed at many locations in Telluride for over 20 years, and this was by far the worst experience.

Wonderful stay

Had a great stay! 4 adults and our 2 year old were very comfortable in the rental. Great location to Coonskin lift! We will be back :)

This was a nice place to stay. Accurately described in the listing. Easy access to the walking path to the gondola, and the free shuttle goes right by the front door.

Clean and good location

Just perfect for our family of 5. The location is good just little walk to most places and the town. Close to the gondolas. Watching the bear on the mountain from our window was a real +!

Great trip to Telluride

This property is exactly how it was portrayed on the website. Great location and very comfortable accommodations!! We loved being able to walk by the stream each day on our way into town! And we used the jacuzzi every night!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property!! We had a wonderful and relaxing family vacation! We will be back!!

Telluride stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 + one friend. We came to ski and snowboard and having the lift and the ticket office just steps from our unit was perfect! Easy walk to town and the gondola as well. Hot tub could have been hotter, but everything else was fine!

Great property

We loved the condo and location. We would have done 5 stars but we choose this location because of the pool and hot tub for our kids, and we could’t really use them. The pool was green and cloudy and the hot tub was low on water and a little dirty. With a little TLC everything could have been fine. Otherwise, we were very happy with the condo.

Needs serious update to beds

Unit had very old, saggy mattresses. Linens were not clean with a used band aid stuck on sheets and yellow stains. Kitchen floor was sticky and dirty. Owners updated bathrooms and kitchen, but the unit is very dated. The carpet was filthy. Oh, and no cable TV, only streaming YouTube. Also prooerty manager did not leave our check in packet in the drop box as promised. Way over priced for what we got.
