Had there been snow, this would be ski in/out access. It is at the edge of Telluride (the gondola is in the center of town/downtown). The unit is very small and we felt like we were at max with one teen son with us. It would have been too small if we had both of our sons with us. However, it is clean and well stocked. There is a Nespresso machine, but I could not find a place to purchase pods in town. Everything else we needed was there though. The hot tub was right outside of the unit, but it is also quite small, accommodating 4 comfortably. The management property was very responsive. It would work quite well for a couple.

Location was truly ski in ski out and unit was spotless. It is very small but very efficiently designed. Host was great and communication was very easy.

Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, well located condo at the base of lift 7. Short walk into town or immediate town loop shuttle access at the curb. Great Property in excellent shape.

Nice Place for 2 to enjoy

Clean. Some modern updates - parts of kitchen (appliances, sink and faucet) and bath. Some parts vintage. Updated shower that is very nice for one person. Roomy master bed room. Plenty of storage space. (2) TV's made it nice compared to other places... but ended up only using one, but nice to have. Very nice, remodeled fireplace and stone wall.Only con's and they are not deal breakers ... vanities are not updated so just be ready for the old 80's version of very short bath vanity. Not a problem at all. Master bed is a very soft mattress.

Telluride Stay (Summer)

Overall great stay. Location is great with easy access to the downtown area. The property was clean and well stocked. Property managers initiated contact shortly before check in and were very quick to respond.

Easy in and out close to town. This is a great place if you are serious about skiing and want to ski the best slopes. Not crazy expensive but first class

Truly ski in / ski out

Great location right next to chair 7 for easy access to the mountain. Telluride trail takes you almost right to the door at the end of the day. Very clean and big, comfy bed. Parking is also a perk.

A Great Summer Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Etta Place 6 during Telluride Bluegrass! Our teenage daughter slept well on the pullout sofa. The 15-minute walk to town is very pleasant. The AvantStay team was helpful and responsive to our needs before and during our stay. Would stay there again!

Beautiful Telluride Location

Very nice property with wonderful mountain views. Property manager was great to work with and very responsive. Plenty of supplies provided and well stocked kitchen. Close to trail with easy walking access to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Telluride Condo

The location is about as good as it get. It’s very close to town and right at the bottom of lift 7. It is on the more challenging side of the mountain but also is very close to the gondola for access to the mountain village and easier side of the mountain. Really good food options in the town of Telluride.

Ski trip

Location was great and condo was fine for just me and my wife, but four people would be very crowded in this condo. There were no hand towels or wash clothes and took two days to get some after two requests. Community hot tub was dirty with only half the jets working. Box fan in the unit was broken and comforter had large unidentified stains as well on couch in main living area. Bed frame in master BR had sharp wood edges sticking out, which we hit our shins on regularly. Access to the town shuttle was convenient and we could walk to some locations. I expected nicer accommodations for what we paid per night. I will stay at one of the higher end hotels in town next time close to the Gondola.

Excellent vacation property

t's very compact and clean, with everything you need for a vacation experience. Very good location, close to town and the gondola while being in a somewhat more quiet side street right as you enter town. It offered a bedroom, livingroom, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. AvantStay did a great job managing the property, and answering questions. You can tell the owners have thought a lot about what it takes to be comfortable in Telluride; they offer small touches from a humidifier to an instapot. The large TV and the gas fireplace in the living room were especially great. My one complaint was the bed. The mattress is small and there is a weird bed frame that sticks out several inches beyond it in all directions, obscured by the blankets, with pointed hardwood corners. Prepare to stub your toe and bash your shins. My husband and I both had painful issues throughout our stay. But overall, would highly recommend this property.

Great Location for Skiers!

My partner and I had a great time at Etta #6. The location was perfect both for sking and town activities, the check in process was easy and the condo was clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. There is a lack of closet space however for putting suitcases and ski bags away but we utilized the garage ski lockers and kept the skis outside. This is a very comfortable space for 2 anymore than that it could get cramped but overall we had a great time and would absolutley stay here again!

Winter in Telluride

Our stay at Etta Place was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better with ski in ski out access to Lift 7. Everything in town was a short walk away. The perfect home base for exploring Telluride!
