Peter was great. Helped get our luggage into the unit. The 4 bedrooms are each a nice size. Liked having 3 king size beds. Kitchen, dining and living space was sufficient for our group of 6. Our grandsons climbed and slid down the ski run, that is right outside the building, after the lifts closed. Nice to have Lift 7 so close. The Galloping Goose shuttle is very convenient. Makes getting into town easy. It passes by the building often and one can track it on the Transit app. We had a good week in Telluride. Wish the snow conditions were better, but we had fun.

Great location at the bottom of lift 7, with nice views of the lift area and mountain. Very nice and exceptionally clean place! Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals and more. Pam was a great host and accommodated some last minute changes to our Itinerary as well as Kimberly getting us checked in. Looking forward to another stay here!

Nice place - walkable in Telluride

The property is just as pictured in the listing. It is quiet and there are nice views from all of the windows. The pool was sadly non functional when we were there but would be a nice asset in the summer months. The host is exceedingly informative and communicative. We appreciated their hospitality. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing house

This house was pretty perfect. It was spotless. Beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little hard for me but everyone else was fine with them. The views were great. Lift 7 was so nice to have right there to Start the ski day. My kids used the sleds provided to sled down the hill in front and had so much fun. The toiletries provided were so nice from laundry pods to trash bags and paper towels. The heated floors were so nice to have. Living and dining area were plenty spacious. Kids loved the games. The Galloping Goose was very nice to have but you can also walk to Grocery store and gondola to Mountain Village. We would stay here again for sure .

Wonderful condo in amazing location

The condo was fantastic, exactly as described and as per the pictures. Very well setup with everything you could need. Peter was amazing and helpful with everything we needed. The no. 7 chair lift is literally a 2 min walk from the back door - easy to ski home for lunch or a quick break. Highly recommend this place.

Super condo in Telluride

Very comfortable furnishings, excellent location and gorgeous views. The property manager Peter was helpful and responded quickly. The condo worked great for a large family. Favorites: heated flooring in master, steam sauna shower in master, comfortable seating in large living room.

Wonderful Telluride Condo

Our stay at this Telluride condo was wonderful. The communication with Pam and Peter was friendly and thorough. Peter met our party at the condo even though we arrived late due to a delayed flight. The condo is right at the base of lift 7 and made getting to and from the slopes a breeze. We primarily walked the whole week to the various restaurants, bars, and shops in Telluride but the free Galloping Goose shuttle is available right outside the building if you wish to ride. The condo exceeded our expectations and had plenty of room for our group of 9.

We had a wonderful time! Easy on and off for skiing. At the edge of town so there is a short walk to town but you don't come to Telluride to sit on your arse anyway 😜 Roomy and comfy, well stocked kitchen. We had a great time! Shari Cedar, Michigan

Mountain Splendor

Etta Place was a sweet location. Steps to the River, which was our favorite daily activity, walking around town and to and from the gondola. Kids loved swimming (however pool needs a new filter and hot tub not functioning). The condo was great with a wonderful balcony looking at the mountains. The kids had fun playing wiffle ball in nearby grass. The unit provided a bunch of fans, which are necessary in the summer, so that was thoughtful. Overall a wonderful stay and our family will be back. Our party included one senior citizen, 4 adults and 4 kids and the beds were great.

Can’t wait to go back

This place was perfection for my family of 7 adults. Kimberly was waiting for us when we arrived and made everything so easy. The condo had everything we needed, and the grocery store was close for us to stock up for the week. Peter’s recommendations for restuarants were super helpful and spot on! Hoping to be back again soon!

Excellent location next to lift 7

We were a group of six adults on a girls trip. We loved this unit. Beautiful high ceilings and finishes throughout. We love this location located right next to Lift 7 for true ski in/ ski out. The galloping goose drops off and picks up at the front door or it’s a short walk into town. The unit is on the third floor and there are no ski lockers. Hot tub was sufficient and pool closed in the winter. We didn’t mind and will be back!

Awesome accommodations

Great slopeside condo. 100 yards from Chair 7. Nicely furnished. Comfortable. Radiant floor heat throughout. Very solid construction. Easy walk into town. Hosts Pam and Peter were great to work with. Only a few minor gripes. Pots and pans cheap rental grade stuff. Mattresses passable but old. Pillows not great either.
