"Comfortable beds and great location for proximity to our family in Englewood as well as NYC in this older home. Host stayed in great touch when we had some surprisingly colder weather and needed the space heaters from the bedrooms."

"The hosts were very awesome to work with and quick to respond. They even sent written directions and helped us navigate getting there by subway. There is a restaurant below it, so we just had to keep our kids relatively quiet which at times was a challenge, I felt like it was in a good spot. We had lots of pizza options and ice cream places close by and we found an awesome grocery store right around the corner. Overall, we super enjoyed our stay."

"It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...

The bad: extraordinarily poor value with subpar basic amenities (threadbare towels and sheets, no hand towel for bathroom, no dish towel for the kitchen, worn out and uncomfortable couch, stopped up tub/shower drain). Host communication was also very poor. Whoever manages the property never responded within a timely fashion via the VRBO app. Despite spending an extra 199 to check in at noon, instructions...

"A great location, close to theatres, restaurants and museums. Clean and easy to access. Surprisingly soundproof! Alex was very responsive which we appreciated. A good place to be your home base when seeing the city. "
