La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de tiendas de conveniencia y una estación del metro.El barrio parece tranquilo, pero en ocasiones había muchos gritos en la calle.El apartamento es pequeño, lo justo para 3 personas.Ocasiones hay olores feos que llegan desde afuera, ya que el edificio tiene un olor peculiar poco agradable, pero la limpieza del apartamento es buena.Sí lo recomiendo para un estadía corta.

This was a great place for our 4 night stay in NYC. The Jackie Robinson park and pool across the street were beautiful and it was a short walk to the subway (we preferred the station on 145, rather than the 155). The apartment was clean, safe, and quiet. The AC worked phenomenally and the beds were comfy. We tried the Sugar Hill Cafe (a short walk up the block) and highly recommend it. Overall, a great stay!

It is a cozy apartment in a nice neighborhood. It was perfect for what we needed for our week stay in NYC. The host was very responsive and handled our request quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment for a family of 5. The rooms were clean and it was very convenient to be on the first floor with 3 kids and a stroller. We found parking right in front of the building on the first day, but found it more challenging once we had to move it for street cleaning. The location was convenient especially for attending a Yankees game (less than 15 mins walk). We also walked to the B train for a quick 25 min commute to the Museum of Natural History. It was also nice being right across the street from a park. Most of all we appreciated this being an affordable apt in Manhattan- they are very rare!

We found this unit to be comfortable for our family of 4. It was clean ina quiet neighborhood. We found ourselves walking at all periods of the night and did not feel unsafe. Only drawback is that it is bout half mile to train station. Thanks for hosting us.

Everything was great, the tv cord wasnt long enough in bedroom to plug into wall, which was a small bummer but other than that-all was great.

Everything was as listed - clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen looked well-equipped. The location was convenient to the subway and the park across the street was beautiful. I would stay here again!

Les points forts : Un appartement agréable et fonctionnel situé dans un quartier vivant, les voisins croisés étaient agréables, proche en transport en commun des sites touristiques de New-York, des commodités facilement accessibles. La literie est de qualité, Un vrai bon rapport qualité/prix.Les points à améliorer : la décoration faite avec goût mériterait un rafraichissement manque quelques ustensiles si vous souhaitez cuisiner (économe, passoire...) et des informations données tardivement. Enfin l'adresse du site n'est pas toute à fait exacte.Pour conclure nous recommandons cette location.

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend while we visited another friend in the city. Nice area and we were able to find street parking easily!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very easy check in and check out. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood and we're very comfortable. We may stay here again in the future.
