"This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. We love the area and hope to return soon!"

"Quiet area great for families. Loved the outdoor space. We brought 2 large dogs and they had a safe place to enjoy without escaping. The fire pit was nice and the shed with the beach chairs and different sized bikes was awesome. The inside was clean and had nice touches. House is smaller but has everything you need from kayaks to a hot tub. Front porch overlooking bay was really nice. Beds were super comfy. Not much to complain about."

Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again."

When you open the front door, you know you have started your vacation! Beautifully decorated open floor plan gorgeous home! You would think you are steping into a model home! Super cleaned! Perfectly decorated. The kitchen is big, the island is huge, the table is beatiful and you have a great view of the water. Both sitting area and living room...
