"From the time I arrived to the hotel both of the front desk people were so nice a male and a female(i am horrible with names unfortunately) I had to wait for my room to check in, which was not an issue. I sat at fhe beach for a while then had lunch. The hotel isa small boutique hotel and i loved the seclusion. Every day wqs beautiful there and my oceanfront room was gorgeous. All the foods and drinks were amazing! 10/10 had the best birthday vacation I've ever had and they made it very special....

They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. "Great stay at Fig Tree residences. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast with a range of options like greek yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good internet connection. There's also a gym with a decent selection of equipment."

"Das mir zur Verfügung gestellte Appartement war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (inklusive Klimaanlage - was aus der ebookers-Seite (zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung) nicht klar hervorging). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice einwandfrei. Die Lage in Masaki ist hervorragend - man erreicht diverse tolle Restaurants und Bars (Cape Town Fish Market, The Waterfront, Samaki-Samaki, ...) in Kürze, trotzdem ist es rund um das Hotel komplett ruhig. Einzig auf meine Anfrage per Mail...
