I can tell the staff work in fear of being fired by the owners girlfriend. The ownership treats the staff like garbage. Also when something goes wrong there is no sort of compensation. "O lugar fuciona no 7° andar de um predio comercial que parece abandonado. O café da manhã não existe, é um engodo. A recepção é quase zero. Não tinham nem água para beber. Só me esperaram para o check in porque eu contratei o traslado do aeroporto com eles e certamente eles ganham comissão. The property is in a very good location close to restaurants city centre shopping centre and everything you need when you are on a self catering holiday.
