Our only concern before arriving stemmed from some reviews we read that said the AC could be better but we were pleasantly surprised to find AC units in the windows of every sleeping area which kept the entire place more than comfortable. The neighborhood was a quiet working-class neighborhood without a lot of traffic and the location was convenient to everything in Norwich. While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help.
