The host provides excellent communication, all the amenities one could need, and the perfect location! My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and admired the beautiful antique items. Even in the cold Mystic winter, the heaters in each zone made for a very comfortable holiday!Note for anyone with mobility issues, it's an old house, and the staircase has narrow steps. But it did not detract from our stay! Highly recommend for a perfect Mystic experience : )

Its an older place so there are a lot of creaks and squeaks. The only bathroom is on the second floor. We didnt even bother bringing our luggage up the stairs as it was just too heavy and too cumbersome. Love the mini splits but I dont know if there is a way to turn off the display as it lights up the room while sleeping. Great location and walkable to everything.

This was a beautiful property with a ton of charm and fun details throughout! It's also in a great location - very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. My kid and I even spontaneously walked the 6 minutes to the drawbridge to see it go up at 40 minutes past the hour. I was also impressed by how well the AC worked in all the different parts of the house and found it easy to use. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

Very cute stay in a historic house. Great location for downtown and great to have a parking spot. LOVED the porch. Location is louder as the walls are thin. Would stay here again!

Excellent Location

This property was great, located right on the end of downtown Mystic. The only reason for 3 stars was because there was construction going on that we weren’t made aware of until the day before we got there. We were unable to park in the parking spot during the day, and had to navigate under ladders and through contractors. Otherwise it was a great experience. We understand things happen, but it would have been good to know ahead of time. The hosts were very responsive, and like I said, great location.

College Tours & Aquarium

Super easy to park and get into the place with instructions sent in plenty of time. Kitchen had all of the things we needed. This is an old home -- the stairs are steep and the floors are all wonky. But it has lots of character and is comfortable! The house is right on the road so you can hear traffic, but at night it was quiet. Heating system was easy to figure out. Hot water was abundant and water pressure is excellent. Host responded immediately to my questions. The St Patrick's parade was there which was a surprise and made for a lively experience. Loved walking into town and having a dedicated parking spot.

Incredible location for families!

A very, very short walk to historic downtown Mystic, and just down the street from delicious restaurants and cafes! We loved not having to worry about parking and being able to go back and forth between the house and downtown. The house had everything our family needed, and was very comfortable. The floors are very sloped, but that didn’t impact our experience. Lots of stuff for very young kids and Michael and Kevin were wonderful hosts!

Last Minute Getaway

We had a great time at this Mystic house. We lucked out, snagging a last minute few days, at a very affordable rate for the area! The house was great - definitely on the older and quirky end. They weren't lying about the slanted floors...but it gives the house good character! It was a great size for our family of 5, with enough space to spread out if needed. The kitchen was small, but well stocked. The location was in perfect walking distance to downtown, to check out all the stores and restaurants. The driveway was a bit tough, depending on the traffic, so highly suggest backing into it if you can. Great weekend - highly recommend this place!
