Decent place to stay and inexpenseive

Was perfectly fine. Fireplace didn’t work. Garage is very small so if you’re driving an SUV, can enroll have to park in the parking lot. Not a big deal, but do you are aware

Condo

Unit was clean and well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Coffee maker was not functioning because pot top was incompatible with coffeemaker preventing flow of coffee from maker into pot. Can opener old and difficult to use. Door not flush with doorjam can see thu and cold air flows through. Door lock combo difficult to use upon arrival. Would like to have been told unit below grade ing flight of stairs down. Bus stop too far for walking in ski boots but can drive to free parking lot with frequent shuttle bus. However overall this is probably cleanest and nicest vrbo unit of the many we have stayed at over the years.

comfortable stay

No regrets about booking this unit. Our family ( 2 adults, 2 kids under 10) found the unit well equipped, comfortable and a short drive to slopes or town. The only things that were not ideal were: bath towels were not absorbent, occassional noise from upstairs units, garage is not facing the street so must do multple point turn to get in the narrow spot. Neighbor was blocking much of driveway several days too which made it especiallly challenging. Overall a great stay

Comfortable unit and convenient location

My husband and I spent three and a half weeks at this condo. I was looking for just a one bedroom rental but this 2 bedroom was a better price given location and overall interior. The condo was as expected from the online photos. Kitchen and bathrooms are older but well maintained. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable and there is plenty of room for two couples. In unit laundry was really convenient. The primary bathroom has a barn door so not ideal for privacy but helps with providing more space in both the bedroom and bathroom. Unit had a good amount of natural light. I’m very picky and noticed that the unit was more than adequately clean but not pristine. The bed frames needed dusting, the dryer vent was full of lint and the grill needed cleaning. I let Vacasa know so hopefully not an issue going forward. It didn’t bother us but we were definitely able to hear the people upstairs walking around above us. In general the complex was quiet and we rarely saw anyone. We could walk to the mountain in about 10 minutes but rode the free city bus when carrying ski gear. The bus stop was conveniently located across the street from the complex. Overall, we were pleased with this rental and would consider booking it again.

Difficult communication with management

The property is nice- clean, well stocked, comfortable sofas and beds. The owners thought of everything. I chose it as its on the first floor and it stays relatively cool in the hot summer afternoons. However, it looks out on another property’s parking lot which can be noisy and unpleasant (there is a berm and some trees between but exhaust, lights and conversations are right there.) You can also hear the walking and conversations from the upstairs neighbors- who were not loud and very nice. It’s just the building itself. The main issue was the difficulty I had with vacasa- there were some minor issues that were not addressed and there was no local number. Vacasa eventually tried to make amends and this was appreciated but this didn’t excuse the two weeks it took to get a response about the broken dryer, weird noises from the fire alarm, missing propane tank, and loss of hot water. And the local response was a very apologetic guy who didn’t realize the unit was still occupied when he just walked in to fix the dryer. Hello!

Great Stay

The stay was great, quiet property, clean with everything we needed. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the neighbors parking two cars in front of the garage, it made it difficult to get into the garage space.

Steamboat springs condo

My family and I rented this condo for a ski vacation. The condo was centrally located to everything you would want to do on vaca. The condo itself was very clean and the kitchen was stalked with everything you could possibly need. I would rent this condo again.

Emerald epic

Quiet area. Short drive to anywhere in town. Here for a mountain bike race and a couple hikes in the area. Check out the Devil's Causeway for a good hike.

Getaway

This property worked well for us. It is suggested that a box or two of tissues be added to the condo; the refrigerator ice maker didn't seem to function. The garage parking is so tight getting pulled in because of the two support posts. We had a Subaru Outback and it was very difficult making the turn and straightening to pull into garage.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo on a quiet and convenient location. It is nicely furnished with all the necessary amenities. The towel sets should be upgraded and it was missing facial tissues.

Nice Condominium

Nice quiet neighborhood, well appointed, and well equipped for a meal at home. Also, had a great selection of TV channels. As always with Vacasa everything was clean and perfect, no issues or problems at all. Thank you for a nice stay, we will be back!
