Excelentes vacaciones
Buenas opciones para comer y cenar cerca. Tener el casino es un plus para quienes les gusta. La habitación es amplia. Aunque solicitamos limpieza, solo la hicieron un día. El mobiliaria ya amerita renovación. Camas cómodas. La recamara standard tiene 2 baños completos, lo cual se agradece mucho

They charge you excessive fees and provide almost cero services. Internet was terrible, furniture in our room was dirty and every time we needed assistance, it looked like the personnel hated their job. Definitely won’t recommend this hotel.

Muy mal hotel, no vuelvo
Hotel muy viejo, no tienen servicio de limpieza, tuvimos que llamar multiples veces para toallas limpias y sabanas. La caja fuerte no servia, se descompuso un boiler por falta de mantenimiento y se quedo sin agua el hotel, no nos avisaron, nos dimos cuenta hasta las 9 de la noche y nos cambiaron de hotel a las 11 pm a Harveys (esta mucho mejor harveys)

Disculpe por la inconveniencia de no tener agua caliente. Le agradezco su comentario en como estuvo su estancia. Espero que nos pueda dar otra oportunidad en el futuro.

MUY MAL SERVICIO E HIGIENE EN CUARTOS
Muy mala experiencia en el hotel, sabanas y toallas sucias con olor a cigarro, se reporto esta situacion y nunca cambiaron nada, falta de servicio de limpieza y atencion al cliente

Altamente recomendado
Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitación muy amplia con dos baños completos, cosa que hasta ahora no había visto antes en hoteles de igual categoría. Lo único que no me pareció es que, al hacer el check out, el saldo a pagar en el hotel, no concordaba con lo anunciado por Hoteles.com, quien al momento de hacer la reserva hizo el cobro de la estadía enseguida.

No hacen el servicio de limpieza aunque se les pida hacerlo. El personal nunca nos tomó en cuenta nuestra petición de limpiar la habitación, el jacuzzi tiene un año sin funcionar. Los reatairnates en el piso 18 tienen bonita vista

Bueno Cerca Gondola y Dos Buenos restaurantes
Es un Hotel ya de algunos años, limpio y dos buenos restaurantes en la azotea. Muy serca de la Gondola la cuan la cierran por cualquier cosa. PESIMOS restaurantes de comida rapida en el casino.

“We recently spent four nights at Stateline Harrah's Hotel in South Lake Tahoe and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend Harrah's Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lake Tahoe."

The property is outdated, few usable amenities, nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke, downstairs arcade and dinning area smell of stagnant water/sewage, parking lot had broken glass everywhere. Slot machine selection is poor and dates. Staff was friendly enough. Location and views are good though

Was upgraded without charge to a room with a beautiful view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When they brought our bags to us and I asked where the ice was he went and filled it for us. Room was very spacious and loved having two bathrooms. Room was very clean. Furnishings were old and showed wear and tear but everything was functional and clean. I would rather pay a lower price than having to have everything always shiny and new. If something isn’t broken why do we always feel the need to replace it for something more modern or new. Safe, clean, functional and good hospitality are at the top of my list. Only complaint was food. Wish their cafe was open for dinner. Limited choices for dinner. Didn’t want to go to a nice dinner with $$$ wanted something mid range but not fast food. Had to walk across the street to Harvey’s to the Bar and Grill but it was limited on choices. Have always like the coffee shops at Casinos for easy sit down meals. More and more have gone away from them. All in all a great stay.

We’re sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately, things can sometimes happen that are out of our control. We went ahead and refunded your resort fees for both nights due to the hot water issues.
