"Hotel lovely in great surroundings. Room clean but bathroom needed refreshing.(the door). we had dinner in the bar although a little pricey food was excellent and plenty of it. The only down side was the state of the drive with quite a few pot holes could be a problem if unsteady on your feet and not good on the car tyres."

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean It would have been nice to have a fridge and a safe in the room to store my passport and valuables It would have been nice to have an iron and drawers to put things into. I stayed for 5 nights so all the above would have made the stay a better experience"

"Particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was spot on. The bed were very comfortable and spatious and the pillows super soft. Hair dryer, coffees and teas provided. The tv was also lovely. Bathrooms veryb cleaned."

"We stayed for 2 nights and our room was next to the gardens with people talking and kids screaming and running around outside our window. There was a hen party and they were also very loud for half the night. They had functions all werkend and this meant that staff weren't attentive if you weren't wuth the big party or if you managed to find someone to order from, they either asked us to ask someone else or took the order and forgot. "
