Very basic accommodation. Ok if you have a flight to catch but that’s about it. Room was very dated and carpet heavily stained. Although bathroom clean and bed comfy.

The bed was very very soft and uncomfortable. No hairdryer in the room, the bathroom smelt incredibly damp. Pressure in the shower was good though. Very very basic accommodation and will not be staying again.

No bedside tables. The room was large but tired. The bathroom was in a poor condition. Dead to flies on the window sill, The extractor fan very loud and later on the lights went off. Leaving the bathroom in complete darkness. Had to pay for parking which wasn't explained. Lucky I was only staying 1 night and an early morning start. Close to Airport parking was the only bonus. Wouldn't stay again.

Good overnight stay location before an early morning Stansted flight. 5-10minute drive or you can walk it in about 45mins. Shuttle buses available from hotel to airport.

Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food. Whole hotel looked shabby and need of a refurb. Only stayed one night used it for cheap car parking and airport transfer which was spot on.

Can’t give a full review, stayed there because I had an early flight the next morning. Checked in late, checkout out early. Room and bathroom were clean. Hotel is a bit dated but its got everything you need for a comfortable short stay

For the price I had higher expectations. It was fine but nothing exceptional. There are no plugs near the beds. The bed was hard and the hotel was very dated. We rented it since they advertised a shuttle. However, the shuttle price (18 pounds for two) was about the same as a taxi. They also charge extra for parking and breakfast. However, the bus stop to Stanstead and Bishop’s Stortford is right outside the hotel.

Just a short stop as we had an early flight. The parking is free but the carpark is not well lit so not easy to negotiate with suitcases. The bed was comfortable but the room had a smell, I suspect it was the shower curtain. Was ok for the price.

It was a standard hotel. Good for a night before flying from standard. It was a hot day and night and I only had a fan. There wasn’t any air con. But it was ok.

Staff are helpful and the room was comfortable with a decent bed, my only criticism is the breakfast was really not good, no eggs ( although shown on the picture) cold beans and I had the last piece of cold bacon, I could accept this minimal amount if I had been late or early but not at 8am, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Check in was fine. The room was ok.. nice clean laundry, good amount of towels. Tv and very good supply of coffee, tea and milk. The bathroom is in need of updating and bath, shower area not cleaned well. There was complimentary soap and shampoo/conditioner. It is a good location for Stansted airport and there is a shuttle service which is a bit expensive and driver very quiet, not much communication

This establishment should be avoided at all costs. After checking in, I went to my room to find the most appalling smell of drains coming from my bathroom. I opened the window which helped a bit, reported it to the management, and from their reaction they already knew about the problem. I went to discuss another matter with the manager in his office, and looking out of his window there was an abandoned half demolished building with the waste just left where it fell - ideal rat habitat no doubt. I ordered dinner at 6.00, by 6.45 nothing had arrived, and the attitude of the staff was rude and unhelpful. The soundproofing was awful, jet noise from Stansted airport all night. Just avoid this hell hole !
