The space was really nice! The kitchen is really cute and the room upstairs is very spacious. The surrounding area was really quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very responsive and gave great detailed guides to all the things we needed.

This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

I was disappointed with the property description I did not realize thay there was a main house between the rental and the pool.The walk way to the pool was difficult, the path was uneven and tricky to walk on.The entrance to our front door was also difficult with uneven pavers and palms blocking the door.Also there is no stove only a 2 bunner cook top and microwave.The place otherwise was cute and clean.

The vibes here are amazing. Super cute retreat in a wonderful location. My daughter loved the beach at Anastasia state park it was so close less than 2 mins and the miniature golf across the street was so fun for my 2 year old. We enjoyed it so much. Thank you Cabe & Brittany!

Perfect Retreat

Wow! We were so fortunate to find this place! There were so many features to love about our stay. This condo (section of a larger house) is right across the bridge from the city of St. Augustine. We were close to the city, but not right in the hustle and bustle of the city. We were close to great restaurants, the lighthouse, putt putt, and Anastasia Island’s State Park. I almost hate to tell you about all of the property positives. We want to keep it to ourselves. Just a few-minute drive to several beaches in the area. The property itself serves as an oasis, providing a rooftop deck offering a beautiful view of the bay and a pool shared with guests in the other part of the house (made into two condos). The heated pool was perfect for early spring swims! It was very well-maintained and offered a beautiful view.The condo provides what is needed for cooking on the two-burner gas stove. No oven. But, that’s okay because you will want to try out all of the great restaurants in the area! The bottom level of the condo has a small kitchen, a small living area with a couch and TV, and a queen bed. There is one bathroom downstairs in the condo. There is another bathroom accessible. But, it is a little walk to the pool area. Upstairs, you will find a queen bed. No doors between these areas. So, if you’re looking for privacy between these areas, it will be hard to find. We were very appreciative to have a nice washer and dryer to use. This condo was perfect for a couple!

4 day getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute two floor unit. Small space downstairs, but very nicely appointed and functional. Upstairs open and airy. The saltwater pool was wonderful and the view from the pool or the back deck was very nice. Cabe was an excellent host and great communicator. We stayed for a 4 day weekend and it was great.

Amazing property!

The property is absolutely perfect! Great location that is close to all the best Saint Augustine has to offer. Check in instructions were sent well before our stay and getting into the property was easy. Interior was well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

Not the view I expected

This cottage was cute and cozy but it could have been a little cleaner. It was dark inside as there were no overhead lights, especially in the small kitchen. It’s in a nice location and the beds were very comfy.

Three day stay.

House nice and clean, I enjoyed the gas stove. Didn't like how we couldn't play in the pool after sunset, wanted to put the children to bed and just relax by the pool, but probably wouldn't have done that anyway because the pool is a little walk from the guest house. The neighbors are also very close and they decided to clean off their balcony with what looked like a water hose, but he also had a bug spray pump and sprinkles of whatever he was spraying was hitting us by the pool so we limitted our play to the other side. (Not like this host can control their neighbors) Also those same neighbors let their dog out and the dog watched us for a little bit and then starting barking at us, after a couple barks the dog was called back inside, again these host can't control the neighbors, it was just bothersome. There was also a sign that read no food or drinks by the pool which was crazy because on a hot day one would want something to drink while playing in the pool. The house had this secluded feeling which was nice, the area was very quiet. There was nowhere to put wet towels from the pool or shower. The beds were comfortable and clean. I thought it was weird reading the guestbook that the bathroom next to the pool is a shared bathroom and might not be cleaned after every guest. The pool bathroom trash was half full, but otherwise the bathroom was clean. When leaving they want you to take out the trash and wash the dishes or load the dishwasher.
