"Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. "

"Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Right in the middle of things, with easy access to the trolly, a short drive to the historic district, and shopping. Off street dedicated parking was wonderful."

"This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! "

"Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate with us, we were very happy with the property. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The fenced backyard was a plus for our little dog. Liked the fact that the beach is a short walk from the cottage. Martie was very nice and would respond to messages promptly. We will definetly stay there again!"

There is also off street parking at this location. Beds were very comfortable and felt new. "The house was outstanding! It would be beneficial to have the growth covering the hot tub clipped back to facilitate ease of use and better comfort. The outdoor TV would not turn on. We change the batteries in the remotes and looked at all the connections. We couldn’t use the TV out by the pool. We will definitely be looking for this opportunity in the future. Thank you. "
