The property was beautiful with plenty of room for us all! It was such a quick and easy walk to the beach! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool because it was closed due to someone having an accident in it, but that was not a huge deal because the beach was so nice.

Amazing getaway

Our group had two families with four kids between us. We had the most amazing time. The place was so clean and perfect and the communication with the realty group was amazing. A lovely apartment

Great place

Great place! Property is right on the beach with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Plenty of bath towels for an extended family to stay. Clean and spacious. Property is managed through Sunshine Realty. Most communications/directions are through email, not VRBO app. The only negative is the property does not provide any beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys, so you would have to bring your own. Very hard when flying from far away but fine if driving from nearby.

It was easy to reserve and modify the reservation. The access was clearly communicated and everything was as described. The location is super with easy access to the beach and shirt driving distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great Location!

Was an amazing stay! Very nice and maintained property! Most neighbors are pleasant but there is one neighbor that watches every move you make and is very noisy. Don't worry we didn't let her ruin our stay.

Spring break 2021

2 dads and 4 boys had a blast for spring break. It was everything they expected. The boys planned this trip for 2 years. St. Augustine is a great place!

Everything looks okay, but we can not stay here unless last place to stay. There were somethings left under beds by previous vacationers like loads of hair, gummy bears, etc....

Great location and perfect for large family group!

This property has it all; right next to the beach, pool, and close to St Augustine! The house has two bedrooms, large living rooms and full baths on each floor, for a total of 4 bedrooms. Hard to find in rental property. Only one complaint: no beach gear at all is provided. This is difficult when you are flying in. We had to buy chairs, sand toys, tent, etc. Then we had to leave it all there because we could not take it with us. I don't know what other families do as there was nothing that had been left for us to use by anyone. There is also a lack of supplies going in for general household maintenance. They provide two rolls of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher soap packet and a couple of starters, but we needed to go right out and buy everything for the week plus all necessary beach gear. We did have a great time and would rent there again.

Great location, but house could be cleaned better and could use updates

We had a wonderful time on the beach! The house has updated bathrooms but could use fresh paint and updates elsewhere. The cleaners seem to have missed a lot of dust and grease. The vent fans and wall decorations appear to not have been cleaned in years. Kitchen appliances could have been cleaned better, as well.

Listed as 3 bath but only 2, very steep inside stairs, no tv in bedrooms. Dining chair missing. Community pool rather small and only 3 lounge chairs. No beach chairs or umbrella. Unit was clean and kitchen fairly equipped but only one roll bath tissue and paper towels. Blinds may not be lifted. Nice proximity to beach (limited ocean view) Publix and restaurants. Other units in complex appeared better updated.

Pleasant stay for party of 8 adults, w/ Plenty of Room.

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon. The staff at the real estate company were very nice. Thank goodness we got directions from them because the other 3 couples couldn't find the place right away. The house is very spacious. The stairs are very steep. We had 2 people slip going down then. Everyone is okay though. :) Short walk to the beach. There are only 2 parking spots and the neighbors (whether there or not during the weekend) are very adamant on you not parking in their #, even if you're just unloading stuff. Visitors parking is right around the corner though. The neighbors kept to themselves mostly. Publix is less than a mile down the road for any food/kitchen needs. We checked out Sunday. All and all everyone had a great stay and great visit downtown. The lighthouse ghost tour was very interesting.
